Taking into account the constraints of travel and the availability of experts, this review will be conducted in phases.
Thus, the first phase of this review is taking place in Niger and Nigeria, respectively, of 15 to 25 September 2010 and September 26 to October 5, 201. Its main objective to take stock of progress in the implementation of Component 2 of the project on the rehabilitation, optimization and development of regional infrastructure.
The World Bank team, consisting of a dozen experts in various specialties, is led by Mrs. Amal TALBI-JORDAN, responsible WRDSEM-NB Project (TTL). As for the NBA team, is led by Dr. Abdou GUERO, CTO of the NBA and includes the General Counsel, the Regional Coordinator of the project and WRDSEM-NB Experts of the Management Unit and Project Coordination.
