The 34th Ordinary Session of the Council of Ministers of the Niger Basin Authority (NBA) was held in the TOFFA 1st Conference Hall of Hotel AZALAï of Cotonou, Republic of Benin, from 21st to 22nd December 2015, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Christine A. GBEDJIVYAHO, Honourable Minister of Water of the Republic of Benin, Chairperson of the NBA Council of Ministers.
