The services planned under this contract include:

• - Updating and developing of the job descriptions of the agents of the various structures of the Executive Secretariat’s adopted organizational structure;

• - Completion of the job descriptions after validation of the organizational chart by the Council of Ministers;
• - Improvement of the NBA staff performance evaluation system in accordance with international practices and standards adapted to the NBA context;
• - Participation in a regional workshop to validate the proposed job descriptions and performance evaluation system;
• - Feedback after adoption of the job descriptions and performance evaluation system by the Council of Ministers;
• - Staff training on the implementation of the performance evaluation system tools for the benefit of staff;
• - The consultant’s participation in the Council of Ministers session to present the documents and take into account the amendments.
