The Niger Basin Authority (ABN) obtained a grant from the African Development Bank (AfDB) through the Green Climate Fund (GCF) to cover the cost of the Integrated Development and Adaptation Program. Climate Change in the Niger Basin (PIDACC/BN), Regional Component, and intends to use part of the sums granted under this Grant to finance the “Recruitment of an Individual Consultant to support the implementation of the Gender Action Plan in the PIDACC/BN Components”.
