The overall objective of the Consultant’s assignment is to strengthen the capacities of the national components in terms of monitoring, evaluation and management of field sub-project activities through the geo-referencing of the various thematic physical achievements with spatial reference on each intervention site at the level of the PIDACC/NB national components, with a view to integrating them into a Geographical Information System (GIS).
