The overall objective of the assignment is to conduct periodic reviews and observations of PIDACC/NB’s environmental issues in accordance with the adopted standards, during its implementation phase at the level of the 9 national Components. To this end, it is an important control tool in the process of implementing the environmental and social measures resulting from the Programme’s Environmental and Social Assessment.
