The Extraordinary Session of the Council of Ministers of the Niger Basin Authority (NBA) was held at Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja, Federal Republic of Nigeria, on 30th May 2016, under the  chairmanship of Mr. Suleiman H. ADAMU, FNSE Federal Minister of Water Resources of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chairman of the NBA Council of Ministers.
