The meeting of the Technical Committee of Experts, preparatory to the 38th Ordinary Session of  the Council of Ministers of the Niger Basin Authority (NBA) was held i Primus Hôtel Kaloum in Conakry, Republic of Guinea, from 7th to lO" October 2019, under the chairmanship of Mr.
OCHIGBO Adoyi John, Director, River Basin Operations and Inspectorate Ministry of Water Resources, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
