Submissions must be duly signed and addressed to the NBA Executive Secretary. All submissions must be received electronically no later than July 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. (Niamey local time (UTC+1). Submissions must be sent as password-protected PDF files to with copy to bearing the following mention: “Expressions of Interest for Technical Assistance in the Recruitment Process for ten (10) Senior Staff members within the NBA Executive Secretariat”.
