The Niger Basin Authority (NBA)  has obtained from the African Development Bank (AfDB) through the Green Climate Fund (GCF) a grant to cover the cost of the Integrated Programme for Development and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Niger Basin (PIDACC/BN) Regional Component and intends to use part of the sums granted under this Grant to finance the  Recruitment of an Individual Consultant in charge of the design, development, and deployment of an integrated, bilingual institutional web portal of the Niger Basin Authority  (NBA), as part of the implementation of the PIDACC/BN PROGRAM (REGIONAL COMPONENT).
